Bournemouth-Tottenham Statistical Preview
Bournemouth
Artur Boruc sustained a thigh problem in the warm up prior to Bournemouth's 5-1 defeat to Manchester City. He, however, should be fine to start.
Harry Arter is unlikely to feature, though recently stepped up his recovery from injury.
Tommy Elphick, Tyrone Mings, Max Gradel and Callum Wilson all miss out for the Cherries here.
Tottenham
Eric Dier returns from suspension and could replace Mousa Dembele in midfield, with Dele Alli set to feature from the off having started the Europa League defeat to Anderlecht from the bench.
Alex Pritchard, Nacer Chadli, Nabil Bentaleb and Heung-min Son all remain sidelined, though the latter is close to a full recovery from a foot injury.
Ryan Mason travelled with the squad to Belgium, though his fitness is a concern so it's unlikely he will start.
Prediction
Bournemouth's 5-1 thumping at the hands of Manchester City last weekend leaves them just two points above the relegation zone. The Cherries, however, are unbeaten in their last three games at home, taking five points from a possible nine.
The hosts will look to capitalise on any potential Europa League hangover Spurs may be suffering from. The north London outfit fell to a 2-1 loss in Belgium on Thursday night, though Mauricio Pochettino's side are on an eight-game unbeaten run in the league, currently the longest of its kind.
Spurs could add to that here, claiming all three points in the process.
