Team News
Crystal Palace
Bakary Sako is expected to retain his spot after his impressive form.
Wilfried Zaha is likely to be the one to miss out with Yannick Bolasie starting on the opposite flank.
The loss of Joel Ward is a big blow to Alan Pardew. Ward has scored two goals in the first four matches and will be replaced by Martin Kelly.
Manchester City
Fabian Delph (hamstring) and David Silva (ankle) are out for City's trip to London after returning from international duty with injuries.
Bacary Sagna is another to have picked up injury whilst on international duty, but he has a chance to recover in time here.
Wilfried Bony is also a doubt, whereas Fernando, Pablo Zabaleta and Gael Clichy are all expected to miss the trip to London. Sergio Aguero will return from international duty late and could also miss out.
There could well be debuts for Nicolas Otamendi and Kevin de Bruyne here.
Prediction
This fixture sees first place meet second. Manchester City have blown the rest of the field away during the early stages of the Premier League and will travel to Selhurst Park against a Palace side that seems to be growing from strength to strength under Alan Pardew.
Palace will be high of confidence following their 2-1 win over reigning champions Chelsea in their last outing and it would be some feat if they manage to become the first side to prevent City winning this season.
Manuel Pellegrini's side are also yet to concede in the league this season, although that record could come to an add here at a lively Selhurst Park.
