Defeat for CKSA Moscow will end their chances of finishing in the top two and they will be confirmed as the fourth placed team if PSV manage to beat Manchester United. However, should they beat Wolfsburg and United triumph over PSV they will leapfrog into second place. The Russian outfit will be desperate to get points from this match having finished the past two seasons in last place in the group stage of the competition.
Igor Akinfeev hasn't kept a clean sheet in the Champions League since 2006, a run that spans across 35 Champions League matches (qualifiers included), so Wolfsburg should be confident of finding the back of the net when they travel to Moscow on Wednesday.
